Brief Introduction:

Steam jacketed kettle with mixer/blender/agitator/stirrer/scraper is a special type and new style cook machine in recent years.

It is mainly used for liquids in food industry. 

Contact area of Steam jacketed kettle with mixer/blender/agitator/stirrer/scraper is made of stainless steel SU304/SU316, which has perfect corrosion—proof performance, and is highly endurable according to food industry requirements. 

Mixer/Blender also can be added according customer’s actual request.

1. Widely used in food industry, such as candy, dairy, cake, sweetmeat, beverage, jam, juice, liquor etc., italso can be used in restaurant for cooking and boiling;

2. Its construction mainly consists of kettle body and feet, motor and blender/mixer.

Kettle body is double-layer structure, steam is filled into the interlayer to heat.

3. Mixer, scraper, blender and cover can be equipped to meet your different needs.






Types:

1. As Per Structure: tilting  and vertical (also called stationary);

2. As Per Heating Method: electricity heating, steam heating, gas heating;




Features:

1) Fully burning, smokeless, dust-free, easy to clean and no environmental pollution.

2) Cooking temperature is optional. The highest temperature 300 °C or so.

3) Stable structure and more convenient operation for cook

4) Energy saving, heat efficiency is increased by 27% or so compared with other similar kettles.

5) Fuel: liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), pipe coal gas, natural gas, and oil is strictly prohibited.

6) Gas consumption: about 25% lower than other similar kettles

7)Both bottom and sides, uniform heating
